Deanna has been a Realtor since 2011 and has worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years. She joined Lamacchia Realty in early 2016 and strives to make her buyers and sellers her top priority. Known for her strong connections with clients, Deanna works closely with buyers to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, while also guiding sellers in marketing their homes to exceed expectations. She’s known for always taking the extra steps to ensure her clients’ top priorities are met with care, attention, and dedication.

Growing up in Shrewsbury and now residing in Worcester with her husband and son for the past 30 years, Deanna brings local insight and confidence to every transaction in Worcester County.

I was so nervous about being able to sell my condo. It was a nice condo, in a desired location, with some upgrades, but other upgrades were certainly required to sell it in "move in" modern condition. (I had been there 30 years.) I was originally going to sell it "as is" with one of these companies you see on television where you don't have to do anything...knowing that I would have to sell it for less than it was worth. Then my late wife's nephew recommended Deanna. I contacted her, and we met at my condo, and she told me exactly what to do, and I didn't have to spend a lot of money (which I really didn't have at the time). She told me what to get rid of, what to change, she recommended painters and cleaners, which I used. We got the condo ready to show, and we showed it about 12 times, and got almost 4 offers (the 4th offer didn't quite get in on time). We had 2 offers well above asking price, and we accepted on of them. Now, where am I going, with two cats? I found a smaller condo that I liked, but the seller was asking too much. Deanna made a case to the seller's agent, and I managed to purchase the smaller condo for the right price (i.e., the price I wanted to pay). Deanna is a super professional who really "knows her stuff", and a very lovely person on top of that, and so easy to work with! She got me through what could have been an extremely stressful situation with just a tiny minimum of stress (that's me). I would highly recommend Deanna to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a property.

This was our second sales experience with Deanna. Much like the first Deanna was fantastic to work with. The 2 sales were very tricky non common sales. Deanna navigated through each scenario always keeping positive while both looking out for us and getting the deal closed.

We were rejected 3 times! We were just in despair and did not believe that we would find our dream, that they would finally accept our offer! But Deanna was sure that we would find what we wanted!
