Once again, we are proud to announce that Deanna Faucher has qualified for the 2023 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume. Deanna has been a member of this club every year since its inception, having qualified in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. In addition to the President’s Club, Deanna also took home the award for Highest Sales Volume in the Worcester Office in 2022.  In 2023, Deanna was included in Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who for 2023, and ranked on the 2023 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals in Massachusetts. Deanna is someone who makes her buyers and sellers her top priority and always makes it a point to connect with her buyers to find them exactly what they are looking for while also listening to her sellers to be able to market their homes beyond expectations. We’re so proud of Deanna and couldn’t be happier for her!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members recently traveled to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, and the 2023 members are expected to return to Aruba in 2024!
