Lamacchia Realty has announced that the winner of the Top Team of 2020 with the most transactions and highest sales volume is Darlene & Company! The leader of Darlene & Company, Darlene Umina, began her real estate career as a top individual agent, in fact, she was the first member to qualify for the President’s Club in 2017. In 2018, Darlene began to form her team with the help of team member Nicole Siswick. Since then, Darlene & Company has been the first team to qualify for President’s Club every single year.
2020 was a busy year for Darlene! She was ranked 146th among over 24,000 Realtors in Massachusetts in the Real Trends List of Top RE Professionals by Sales Volume! This honor, determined through data from 2019, is given to Realtors with the highest sales volume in their state. 2020 was the fourth year in a row that Darlene surpassed over 20 million in sales volume! The team finished out their year with an impressive 52 transactions and $30,656,937 in sales volume.
