What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Being with family and friends is #1. In the summer, I enjoy going to the beach and spending time down the Cape. I have a passion for interior design and planning parties. (My college degree is in Event Planning) I love organizing just about anything and have always been a creative person. Most of the time, I will be so indulging in some sort of craft activity/DIY project. I also enjoy exploring new places, and trying new things!”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“The Thomas E. Smith Foundation and The National Multiple Sclerosis Society are both very near and dear to my heart. The Thomas E. Smith Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to better the lives of those affected by and living with paralysis through financial and emotional support. I became actively involved in raising funds and awareness for SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) after my cousin was paralyzed in a tragic accident in 2012.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“Every day brings a different combination of things. I am a people person and my job gives me the opportunity to meet new people, see new properties, hear new stories and face new obstacles. No two days are ever the same. It keeps things fun and interesting… I feel I’ve served a great purpose when I have helped clients achieve their dream of home-ownership. I derive an equal amount of joy when I help a client sell their longtime home. Whether I am working with a Buyer or Seller, I am playing a role in their new beginning. The best part about my job is the relationships that are formed along the way. Not only with clients but colleagues as well!”
Do you have any pets?
“My beautiful English Black Lab, Murphy, lived 13 wonderful years 5/5/05-5/23/18. He was the heart and soul of my family. I miss him every day.”
