Christina Carrabes, originally from North Reading, Massachusetts, from a young age began to build a passion for real estate through her own journey. In 2008, Christina and her family moved to Fort. Lauderdale Florida from North Reading, where they resided for 6 years. In those 6 years they moved four different times, from suburban areas outside Fort Lauderdale, to downtown Fort. Lauderdale, and even to the intercostal. In 2014, Christina and her family moved back to Massachusetts to North Andover. When returning, she attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she successfully pursued a double degree in Entrepreneurship and Management. In 2019, she briefly moved back to Florida, this time moving a little more north to Delray Beach, Fl. Shortly after, Christina had decided she wanted to comeback home to Massachusetts to begin pursuing her career in helping clients successfully buy and sell real estate.
As a kid, Christina got to watch her parents buy and sell the many homes they moved around in. She also got to watch her mom renovate and flip their houses as investments. She was always interested in watching the process start to finish, being involved any ways possible even from a young age, learning and following the real estate market and trends, while building her love for the industry. During the process of all these moves, Christina found her passion in real estate and what the value of a home represents and the meaning it serves during that time in someone’s life.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:
“Spending time with my family and friends is what I enjoy most outside of work. I recently got a French Bulldog, Vinny, who joined my family in August and he has been a great sense of entertainment and joy since coming into my life. I love the outdoors, whether hikes or just exercising.”
Favorite Part of My Job:
“I get to have a real impact in people’s lives. To many, whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or experienced homebuyer, it is often the biggest financial commitment they make in their lifetime, so I take a tremendous amount of pride in successfully guiding my clients in their real estate goals.”
