We are so excited to announce that Cathy Toomey has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! This is her first time hitting this impressive milestone, and she has achieved it by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year.

Since joining Lamacchia in November of 2024 amid the merger of Stone Ridge Properties in Amesbury and Newburyport, MA, Cathy has been a consistent top-performing REALTOR® in the Lamacchia Amesbury office. With over 45 years of real estate experience, Cathy has become a trusted leader in the industry in Amesbury, Newburyport, and beyond! Her hard work shows by her earning a spot on the 2024 Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle and, most recently, being on Lamacchia Realty’s list of Top 10 Producing REALTORS® Companywide for Sales Volume in September 2025 – that’s out of over 800 agents!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
