Brian Kindlan Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

Brian Kindlan has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year! This is his first time qualifying for this prestigious milestone. Brian consistently earns a spot on Lamacchia’s monthly top producers list for the Chelmsford office as well as being part of Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle in 2023, and yet again this year. 

Before transitioning to real estate in 2016, Brian spent many years in the hospitality industry, where he developed a passion for helping people and exceeding their expectations. He decided to bring his expertise in client service to real estate, understanding the unique needs of both residential and commercial clients, especially as a business owner himself. His enthusiasm for real estate is contagious—Brian truly enjoys making the buying and selling process exciting for his clients. The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
