Brad Joined Lamacchia on January 2nd, 2020 as the companies first Agent Development Advisor and Trainer.

Brad is a widely known and respected Realtor with an industry wide background for many years before joining Lamacchia Realty. He graduated from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY and became an Attorney after graduating from Western New England College School of Law. Brad, a Worcester county Native, began his career in the United States Navy where he spent 20 years working as a lawyer (official title: B H R, CAPT, JAGC, USNR) until he retired from the navy in 2004. Brad also worked as a lawyer in the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office and his own law firm Law Office of Bradford H. Roberts from 2000 to 2016. He also owned a successful Re/Max franchise for 20 years. Since 2016 he has been a continuing education and new licensing trainer for the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts.

Brad is an important member of the business development team led by Jackie Louh where he focuses on all things business development from training, to spending time with agents to ensure the companies strong culture and even some recruiting.  His largest area of focus is on training newer agents in the company and assisting them in getting them up and running as soon as possible.

Brad is a big family man so spending time with his wife, kids and newest addition to his family his 10 week old grandchild is on the top of his list. he loves the great outdoors and spends time in the winters skiiing and in the warmer months gardening and hiking. His most current project is building a brick oven pizza in his backyard!
