Born and raised in North Attleboro, Bill struck out on his own at age 18 and traveled the globe extensively for 4 years before living in a number of places such as Upstate New York, Nantucket Island, various towns on Cape Cod, and Palm Beach, Florida prior to resuming his formal education.
During that time he acquired valuable life and work experiences, met many interesting people, then went on to attend Cape Cod Community College, Assumption College, Harvard University, and Northeastern University. All of those accomplishments, jobs, events, people, and places have contributed toward the person he is today.
His well-rounded education, broad life experiences, and intense work ethic transferred perfectly to his real estate practice to the point where all of his buyer-clients and sellers are amazed by the high degree of energy, marketing skills, and internet proficiency that he brings to the table, all very much to their advantage.
So if you’re looking for an agent who isn’t afraid to try something new, who works tirelessly toward a specific goal, and uses every imaginable technology to get the job done, then you should meet to discuss what his skills can do for you.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I’ve traveled the world extensively and have also lived in a variety of beautiful places such as Nantucket Island, Mass., Palm Beach, Florida, Lake Placid, NY throughout my life. But you don’t have to know me very long before I start talking about my passion for the sport of rowing, which I have been deeply involved with since 1983. I have rowed for Assumption College (Worcester), numerous clubs in Boston & Florida, and coached at Regis College and Miami Rowing Club. I was the North American sales representative for two of the top rowing shell manufacturers in the world and also oversaw the entire Northeast of the United States for the national governing body of the sport, USRowing. I am equally passionate about my hobby of studying late 19th and 20th-century American architecture, a pastime I’ve enjoyed most of my life. Ask me anything about Newport, RI. It’s practically a 2nd home to me.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“Not surprisingly, my favorite charity is Community Rowing, Inc. of Boston, and their outreach program to minority and disadvantaged youths of all ethnicities in the greater-Boston area, dispelling the myth that rowing is only for elite ivy-league students. I have served on their board of directors numerous times since 1988 and am proud to have contributed toward their current position as the largest, most successful rowing club in the world.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“My favorite part of my job is my use of internet marketing skills to expose my listings to an international pool of buyers using state-of-the-art, cutting-edge technology. And I particularly enjoy the positive response I get from successfully guiding buyers and sellers through the many hurdles of home-selling and home-buying, protecting their best interests throughout each transaction.”
