Beth has lived in the greater Boston area for most of the past decade (with a short detour to Texas for couple of years in the middle). After receiving a BS from Northeastern University, Beth went on to pursue a Master’s in Education at Simmons University and become a teacher. She became interested in real estate after she and her husband purchased their first home, and this interest only grew after purchasing their second home a few years later. It was at this point that Beth realized that becoming a real estate agent would allow her to utilize her skills as an educator as well as her desire to help others pursue their dreams of home ownership while also fulfilling her dream of having her own business!
Beth’s favorite part about being a real estate agent is the process of building relationships with her clients. Nothing makes her feel more proud and accomplished than knowing that she has helped her clients to achieve their real estate goals. Beth is exceptionally skilled at recognizing and meeting her client’s individual needs. She strives to make the home buying/selling process as fun and easy an experience as possible. Beth knows that buying or selling a home can be a very emotional and overwhelming process and having the trust of her clients to guide them through that journey is a privilege that she does not take for granted!
Outside of Work I Enjoy:
“In my free time you will often find me curled up with a book, walking with my dogs and husband, enjoying time with family and friends or working on a new house project, as we have been slowly remodeling our 19th century home!”
My Favorite Sports:
“I am not a huge sports fan in general, but I do love Boston sports and the community that they create. I have always enjoyed catching a Red Sox game, and in recent years have been lucky enough to attend several Patriots and Bruins games as well! ”
Favorite Part of My Job:
“My clients. I love getting to know their stories and figuring out how I can best serve them! Who are they? What are they excited about? What are they apprehensive or worried about? What are their goals? Nothing makes me feel more proud and accomplished than knowing I helped my clients to achieve their real estate goals.”
Why made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I was extremely impressed by the resources that Lamacchia provides to both their clients and agents. Their exceptional continuous training of agents, coupled with the numerous resources available to clients to assist with the buying and selling process is unmatched. I also love how important the culture of the company is – we may be independent contractors, but there is a real community here which helps to inspire and motivate everyone in their business!”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“I am very passionate about organizations that help children and animals, and I have volunteered with several great animal rescues/charities in the Boston area. A few of my favorites include:
• PAALS Inc (provides grant money to local animal welfare organizations)
• Survivor Tails Animal Rescue (rescue that adopts out pets in need of a home – where I got one of my pups!)
• Horizons for Homeless Children (provides early education to homeless children)
• The Malala fund (helps girls gain access to education)”
Do you have any pets?
“I do! Two rescue dogs that I am crazy about, even though they are absolutely crazy! Turbo is an 8 year old lab mix and Maizie is a 3 year old cattle dog mix. My husband jokes that I love them more than him, but he is wrong – I love them all three of them the same!”
