Beth Allen-Byrd Receives Lamacchia Realty’s Manager of the Year Award for 2025
At Lamacchia Realty’s Annual Kickoff Event on February 5th, 2026, Regional Sales Manager, Beth Allen-Byrd was presented with the Manager of the Year Award for 2025! This recognition is awarded annually to an outstanding manager who demonstrates excellence in leadership, dedication to our REALTORS®’ development, and a remarkable commitment to enhancing the company’s overall growth. Beth will also be awarded with a vacation with Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club in October 2026 to Aruba!

Beth has played a vital role in the growth and development of our Berkshires, MA, Springfield, MA and Southington, CT branch locations, guiding REALTORS® with her intuitive leadership, positive attitude, and a deep commitment to agent success. Additionally, she was a pivotal figure in Lamacchia Realty’s expansion into Connecticut, along with Regional Sales Manager, Gina Shumila, when the two joined the brokerage in 2022. She also jumped into becoming the Regional Sales Manager for the Berkshires, Massachusetts region on a moment’s notice in the Fall of 2024, and she steadied the ship for our Berkshire REALTORS®, who were still acclimating to Lamacchia Realty following the acquisition of Berkshire Dream Home in July of that same year.
Beth began her career in real estate in 2014 and has worn a variety of hats in the last decade. She has held roles in sales, recruiting, training, and business development, resulting in her becoming a well-known and highly respected Leader and REALTOR® in the Connecticut real estate industry. She knows the real estate industry inside and out and knows what it takes to manage and grow an office!
