Lamacchia Realty is proud to announce it is the #1 real estate company in Berkshire County by transaction sides, according to FlexMLS, the Berkshire County multiple listing service. The Lamacchia Realty Dalton office has also ranked #1 by sales volume and transaction sides in Berkshire County per FlexMLS.
Lamacchia Realty achieved multiple number one market rankings for 2025, including Lamacchia Dalton achieving the number one ranking by office and brokerage in Dalton per FlexMLS and MLSPIN as well as number one office by sales volume and transaction sides per FlexMLS in Clarksburg, Cheshire, Hindsale, Peru, Pittsfield, and Washington, MA.
Lamacchia Realty ranked both as a brokerage and by office in 2024 as well following the mergers with Berkshire Dream Home and Home Sweet Home Real Estate in 2024.
