From January 1st to June 30th, we’re proud to share that Lamacchia Realty ranked #1 in Berkshire County by brokerage firm transaction sides, according to FlexMLS. With 197 transaction sides in just the first half of the year, our dedicated and highly productive REALTORS® have helped clients successfully reach their real estate goals — securing Lamacchia Realty the top market share in Berkshire County for the first half of 2026.
Lamacchia Dalton ranked #1 by office for both sales volume and transaction sides as well for this same timeframe in Berkshire County and in the town of Dalton.
Previously, Lamacchia ranked #1 Office by Sales Volume and Transaction Sides and #1 Brokerage by Transaction Sides in Berkshire County for all of 2025 and #1 Brokerage in the Berkshires by Transactions for all of 2024.
Lamacchia Realty built out its market share in Berkshire County following the acquisitions of Berkshire Dream Home and Home Sweet Home Real Estate in 2024. Recently Steepleview Realty merged with Lamacchia Realty bringing with them offices in Adams and North Adams and expanding Lamacchia Realty into the Vermont Market.
