In this Mid-Year Report, we’re looking at Belknap County home sales for the first half of 2020 versus the first half of 2019 and how the market is currently performing in that area. This report includes single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family sales combined.
As of June 30th, Belknap County saw a 21.5% decrease in sales. The first half of 2020 saw 500 home sales compared to 2019 when 637 total homes were sold.
Prices increased by 15.6%, now up to $314,384 compared to $272,004 in the first half of 2019.
