Bea Murphy Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club
We are thrilled to announce that Bea Murphy has officially qualified for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has hit this impressive feat by surpassing $19 million in sales volume so far this year. This is Bea’s EIGHTH year in a row qualifying for the President’s Club, as she has qualified every year since 2019. She has also hit ELITE status in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025! Bea has also been a repeat member of the Top Producer Circle every year since 2020.
Bea has had an incredible year so far, filled with well-deserved recognition for her hard work, dedication, and success in real estate. This year, she was named in the 2026 Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who, recognized on Boston Magazine’s Top Real Estate Producers List, and honored on the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. These accolades are a true reflection of Bea’s professionalism, consistency, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for her clients.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
