Anthony Lamacchia Ranks on the Swanepoel Power 200 for 2026
For the second year in a row, Anthony Lamacchia, Founder and CEO of Lamacchia Realty, was ranked on the T3 Sixty Swanepoel Power 200 List for 2026. This list consists of powerful real estate leaders who have been selected based on these four criteria, weighted equally:
- Recent achievements and projected near-term impact on the industry
- The scale and power of an executive’s organization and their role within it
- Influence and reputation among industry peers
- Relative standing within their industry segment
Out of the full list of 200 Executives, Anthony ranked #97, up from #130 last year.
2025 was a very successful year for Anthony, as he was named on 2025 RealTrends Game Changers list for 84% growth. Additionally, Boston Agent Magazine awarded him the 2025 Managing Broker of the Year, a title that was very well-deserved. With his leadership, Lamacchia Realty was named A Top Workplace in 2025, surpassed $3 billion in YTD sales volume, and grew to a total of 23 branch locations due to the significant amount of acquisitions over the previous two years, with more to come in 2025. Lamacchia Realty continues to be a strong force in the real estate industry as it grows and evolves.
As a highly regarded industry spokesperson, he has done hundreds of television and event appearances.
