Andy Perenick & Jim Thurston Inducted as 2025 President of the Berkshire Board of REALTORS® and 2025 Berkshire MLS President
On December 12th, The Berkshire County Board of REALTORS® had their annual Installation and Holiday Gala in Pittsfield. At the event, Lamacchia Realty Dalton‘s own Andy Perenick was inducted as the 2025 President of the Board of Directors and Jim Thruston was inducted as the 2025 President of Berkshire MLS.
Andy Perenick joined Lamacchia Realty in July 2024 following the merger with Berkshire Dream Home. He currently serves as a Broker Associate at the Lamacchia Realty Dalton location. Throughout his career, Andy has been an active member and a leader in the Berkshire County Board of Realtors for over a decade serving as the President of the MLS (three times prior) and is the incoming President of the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS® for 2025.
Jim Thurston joined Lamacchia Realty in 2024 bringing with him decades of experience in both the real estate sales industry and also deep understanding of the ins and outs of the intricacies of finance for residential and commercial endeavors. He is very involved in the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS® and has served in leadership roles for the MLS including: Board of Director, Treasurer, Vice President and President.
