We are happy to announce that Andrea Delahunty has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She hit this impressive feat by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume this year! This is her second time qualifying for President’s Club, as she made the cut last year in 2023, shortly after she joined Lamacchia Realty.

Andrea’s impressive track record as a President’s Club member is just one aspect of her success. She continues to shine as a top-producing agent at our Salem, New Hampshire office, earning recognition eight times this year alone. Most recently, she was ranked the #2 top-producing agent in Salem for October! Additionally, Andrea was honored as one of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals of 2024 by RealTrends, alongside 24 other exceptional agents from Lamacchia Realty.

It’s been incredible to watch Andrea’s growth over the past two years, and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her!

"Congratulations to Andrea for qualifying for the 2024 President's Club! It’s been incredible to witness her growth and all the strides she has made here at Lamacchia Realty. We are beyond proud of everything you've accomplished, Andrea, and excited to see the continued success that lies ahead!"

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
