Amie Balchunas to Star in Nationally Broadcast Television Show, "The American Dream"
Amie Balchunas, a Lamacchia Realty REALTOR® from the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office, will be co-hosting the upcoming season of the television series, “The American Dream”. In her segment, which will be premiering tomorrow, Saturday, March 28th, 2026, at 6:30 PM, Amie will be highlighting her local markets and featuring Dr JetSki, Bamboo Tiki Bar, Ocean Manor, and Ocean Club.
The 30-minute commercial-free show will air locally on cable. The show is a nationally syndicated program that airs on national networks of CNBC, Bloomberg TV, the Travel Channel, and other cable outlets. It can also be watched via streaming on Amazon Fire, Apple TV, and Roku, with significant viewership on social media. The American Dream TV and production team have been nominated for an EMMY and became nationally recognized as a real estate show sharing the real stories of our neighborhoods, and featuring the best real estate experts. Each show highlights a cast of elite real estate agents in each market chosen for their expertise in real estate, reputation, and recognition from their peers and consumers. The executive show producer, Craig Sewing, Inman News Nominee for “Most Influential in Real Estate,” hand picks the best of each market to be positioned as the host, and voice for the trends of the real estate market.
Amie joined Lamacchia Realty’s Worcester office in February of 2017, and in her first year, she saw a 400% growth in her business – an incredible achievement! Her time with Lamacchia unfortunately came to end when she moved down the Fort Lauderdale. However, when the brokerage developed their official plan to expand to Florida, Amie rejoined as an agent lead for the Fort Lauderdale office’s opening in November 2020. Amie has been a consistent top-producing agent out of the Fort Lauderdale office, and continues to shine as she earned her spot on the 2025 Top Producer Circle.
