Amie Balchunas Appointed as Florida Regional Sales Manager for Lamacchia Realty
Lamacchia Realty is pleased to welcome Amie Balchunas, previously a longtime REALTOR® with the company, to the sales team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a real estate professional who has worked in several different markets, Amie brings nearly two decades of experience to Lamacchia Realty. In this role, she will support REALTORS® primarily in the Fort Lauderdale, FL office, sharing her extensive market knowledge and helping agents fully utilize Lamacchia Realty’s tools, training, and services as the company continues to grow throughout South Florida.

Amie has built an impressive real estate career over the past 17 years, helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate every type of market. She has spent nearly 10 of those years with Lamacchia Realty, beginning her career in Massachusetts and building a strong client base throughout Greater Boston. Her business later expanded to Cape Cod, where she gained years of experience and established herself as a trusted REALTOR® throughout the region.
After building a successful career across two major Massachusetts markets, Amie took a significant next step and relocated to South Florida. At the time, Lamacchia Realty had not yet expanded into Florida. Still, she remained closely connected with Anthony Lamacchia and the company while establishing herself in the South Florida market. That relationship ultimately helped open the door for Lamacchia Realty’s expansion into the state, with Amie becoming a driving force behind the company’s first-ever Florida office.
