AJ Bruce qaulifies for 2024 Presidents Club

AJ Bruce has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year! This is AJ’s 6th year in a row qualifying, as he’s also a member of the 2019, 2020, 2021,2022 and 2023 President’s Club. And in 2022 he also qualified for President’s Club ELITE!

And it doesn’t stop there, AJ  was awarded Most Transactions and the Highest Sales Volume in the Northborough office in 2022 & 2023. Additionally, in 2023, he was named on Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who List, and ranked on the 2023 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals in Massachusetts.

His consistent performance has led to qualifying for Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle several times throughout the years, and consistently appearing on the monthly list of top producers, both in the Northborough office and company-wide, he also won Lamacchia Realty’s LeadingRE Referral Contest! There is truly no slowing AJ down, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2024 brings for him and his business!

"Just a little over halfway through the year, and AJ is crushing it! I'm thrilled to see him qualify for President's Club for the 6th time. Year after year, he gives 100% dedication to his business and clients. This achievement is very well deserved."

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members recently traveled to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, and the 2023 members are expected to return to Aruba in 2024!
