AJ Bruce Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club
We are excited to announce that AJ Bruce is the first individual agent to qualify for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! He hit this impressive milestone by surpassing $19,000,000 in sales volume this year so far, in just five short months! This is AJ’s EIGHTH consecutive year qualifying, as he has previously in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and even hit ELITE status in 2022 and 2025!
Apart from his President’s Club accolades, AJ has been a loyal member of the Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle, earning his spot every year. He is a consistent top-producing agent out of the Lamacchia Realty Northborough office, and was named the #1 REALTOR® with the Most Transactions & Highest Sales Volume in 2025! Additionally, AJ was honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s best Real Estate Professionals List, and was awarded with the 2025 LeadingRE Referral Award.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba later this year.
