AJ Bruce Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE
We are thrilled to share that AJ Bruce has officially qualified for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE, by surpassing $28,500,000 in sales volume so far this year! He is the first individual agent to reach this impressive milestone, and he did so in just two months after earning his spot in the 2026 President’s Club. This also marks AJ’s third time achieving ELITE status, having previously done so in 2022 and 2025.
AJ has had an outstanding year filled with impressive accomplishments and well-deserved recognition. Earlier this year at the annual company awards, AJ was named the #1 REALTOR® in 2025 for both Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume at Lamacchia Northborough. He also earned the 2025 LeadingRE Referral Award, was named to Boston Magazine’s 2026 Top Real Estate Producers List, and was honored on the 2026 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. These accolades reflect AJ’s hard work, consistency, and continued commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients.
Congratulations, AJ! What an incredible achievement!

His drive, consistency, and dedication to his clients are exactly what this recognition is all about. I’m very proud of AJ and excited to see him continue to raise the bar.”
“AJ’s continued success is a true reflection of the focus, professionalism, and care he brings to his business every day. Qualifying for President’s Club ELITE again is an incredible accomplishment, and it is so well deserved. We are thrilled to celebrate AJ and all that he continues to achieve!”
The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba later this year.
