The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The March 2022 Employee of the Month is Aileen Buckley.

Aileen first joined Lamacchia Realty as a REALTOR® in fall 2020 and transitioned to staff in June 2021.  Aileen’s experience in the field prepared her for her role as Dispatcher for Agent Field Services, where she ensures the Field Agents are in the right places at the right time to assist our REALTORS®! Affectionately referred to as a “unicorn,” Aileen is an invaluable member of the Agent Field Services team. She is quick to act and is always thinking of those around her, making sure to use every second of the very busy field agent’s schedule efficiently while ensuring none go without a lunch break. In a job where every day is different, Aileen shows up every day with a smile on her face and an irresistible positive attitude. Her dedication to her work, combined with her charisma and compassion, makes Aileen a favorite of all who have the pleasure of working with her.
