Aileen is an inspirational worker and a true asset to the team. She consistently puts others before herself, making sure all are taken care of while still being incredibly diligent in her duties. On top of that, Aileen comes into work each day with a radiant smile and energetic attitude which makes working alongside her both motivating and enjoyable for everyone she works with! Her devotion to excellence combined with her amicable demeanor make it plain why many refer affectionately to Aileen as our ‘unicorn’.

Aileen originally joined Lamacchia Realty in 2020 as a REALTOR® out of the Norwood office. Then in June of 2021, she transferred to the staff-side and began her new role as Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant for the Agent Field Services team. She was also a crucial component in the development of our Agent Field Services Program, which was unveiled in September 2021. Aileen’s hard work has never gone unnoticed – she was named Staff Star in November 2021 and named Lamacchia Realty’s Employee of the Month in March 2022. In her current role as Administrative Assistant, Aileen provides support and assistance to Mike McGrory, Vice President of Property Acquisitions and Development and Property Management, and Angela Ravesi, Manager of Lamacchia Development and Property Management.

We cannot imagine the company without Aileen, and we are thrilled to award her with the honor of 2022 Employee of the Year.  Aileen will be awarded with a trip to the President’s Club trip in October of 2023 to Atlantis Bahamas with a guest.
