Congratulations to Adriana Scholz for qualifying for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club—her second time reaching this milestone! With over $16,000,000 in sales this year, Adriana remains a consistent top producer in the Waltham office and companywide and was recently honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
