Lamacchia Realty Ranked in the 2025 Mega 1000
The Real Estate Almanac by T3 Sixty has released its annual Mega 1000 ranking of the nation’s leading brokerages. This report analyzes the top 1,000 firms in the U.S. based on annual sales volume, transaction sides, and total agent count. Sales volume is given the most weight in the rankings, as it directly drives agent commissions, franchise fees, and overall company revenue, making it a key indicator of a brokerage’s overall performance and strength.
Lamacchia Realty secured a ranking of 92nd out of 1000 brokerages for transactions in the residential real estate brokerage industry in the United States. This represents a significant improvement of 120 positions compared to their rank in 2023, where it stood at 212th. This is the fourth year Lamacchia Realty has been recognized.
Notably, only about 20% of the brokerages listed in the Mega 1000 are independently owned, making Lamacchia’s achievement even more impressive.
Lamacchia Realty also placed 95th for total sales volume and 135th in agent count, further highlighting the company’s significant growth over the years.
