As of December 31, 2021, there were 677 homes sold in Leominster over 598 in 2020, a 13.2% increase. Average prices increased by 17.6% to $323,337 over 2020 when prices were $274,889.  These metrics include single families, condos, and multi-families.

Homes Listed in Leominster:

In 2021, there were 666 homes listed in Leominster, up 4.9% from 2020 when there were 635 placed on the market.

Homes Pending in Leominster:

There were 642 homes placed under contract in Leominster in 2021, up 3.2% from 2020 when there were 622.


Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Leominster market is strong beating its 2020 sales numbers across every category. However, prices continue to rise and are not going down anytime soon. As we head into 2022, it is predicted that the market will continue to trend as it did in 2021, with inventory remaining low and competition picking back up to mid-summer 2021 levels.
