There were 417 homes listed in Westford in 2020, up 8% compared to 2019 when there were 386 homes placed on the market.
Homes Pending in Westford:
In 2020, there were 412 Westford homes placed under contract, up 29.15% from 2019 when there were 319.
The Westford market was very strong in 2020 in spite of the pandemic. After the real estate market halted during the shutdown in March, July through the end of the year experienced a frenzied, fast-paced market in which Westford was able to beat 2019 significantly for the number of sales and moderately for average prices. It’s predicted that 2021 will yield a very similar outcome and beat 2020 with droves of motivated buyers and sellers who put their plans on pause during Covid.
