In 2020, there were 618 Waltham homes placed under contract, down 5.7% from 2019 when there were 655.
The pandemic slowed the Waltham market down a bit in 2020. Being down by 89 sales year over year isn’t bad, however, after the market shutdown last March when the pandemic began to take effect. 2021 is predicted to be a very busy year and we are likely to see the number of sales rise year over year and prices continue to increase.
