Homes Pending in Norwood:
There were 341 homes placed under contract in Norwood in 2020, up 4.5% from 2019 when there were 357.
Understandably, the pandemic slowed the Norwood market down in 2020 after the market shutdown last March. The market did play catch up and only being down by 62 sales year over year shows that the Fall and Winter were still very active for buyers and sellers. 2021 is predicted to be a very busy year and we are likely to see the number of sales rise year over year and prices continue to increase.
