The number of homes placed under agreement in 2020 was the same as 2019 with 293 contracts accepted and no change year over year.
The pandemic and the shutdown in spring halted the Hudson market until mid-summer when things opened back up again. From that point until the end of the year, buyers and sellers were very active but not enough to catch sales up enough to beat 2019 though 2020 is only down by 30 sales. 2021 is predicted to be a very busy year and we are likely to see the number of sales rise year over year and prices continue to increase.
