The Worcester County market has been very strong this year considering the overall climate in Massachusetts. Homes listed and pending were down slightly, but home sales and prices were both up in all three categories from 2016. With listed and pending down, we may see the sales slow down slightly over the rest of the year, which is consistent across Massachusetts as explained in our 2017 Mid-Year Report.
