The Suffolk County market has been strong this year considering the market’s trends in Massachusetts as explained in our 2017 Mid-Year Report. Homes pending were down slightly, but overall home sales and prices were up from 2016. Though pending numbers are down, the number of homes listed is up, so the number of home sales over the rest of the year could go either way. It’s positive to see the numbers moving in the direction they are, so the rest of the year will likely have a solid finish.
