Homes Listed in Nashua:
From January 1st to June 30th, there were 133 homes listed on the market, up almost 15% compared to 116 within the same date range in 2016.
Homes Pending in Nashua:
From January 1st to June 30th, there were 117 homes that went pending (contract accepted) up 50% compared to 78 within the same date range in 2016.
