In 2005, John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia started the company with the help of the first employee, Sarah Chaisson, who is the now Vice President of the company. Since then, we have grown significantly. In September 2014, Anthony Lamacchia became the sole owner of the company as John McGeough decided to pursue opportunities in real estate development. The company’s focus on clients and employees remains as important as ever.
With the help of team members Anthony has been the #1 agent by transaction in Massachusetts since 2010 and expects even more success in the future.
When we started the business, we were like many other agents and we sold homes within a 20 minute radius of our home town of Watertown. In 2006, we began advertising on television and the calls started coming from all over the place. We quickly realized that we could help people that were an hour away as easily and as effectively as we could in our home town.
We began selling homes all over Eastern Massachusetts and on both the North and South Shores.Then, by 2009 we were selling all over Central Massachusetts.
By 2010, we were tired of turning away business in Southern New Hampshire and became licensed in New Hampshire and began taking on new business.We have not stopped since. Each year, we sell homes in over 200 towns with values ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000.
Through our television ads we have always tried to send a clear message about us and how we can help clients buy and sell homes. Now, here we are ten years later and our company is stronger than ever because of all the great agents and employees we have added along the way.
