Lamacchia Realty #1 Real Estate Team 4th Year in a Row

We’re pleased to announce that for the fourth year in a row we have sold more homes in Massachusetts than any other agents or teams!

With 350 sales in Massachusetts under the Lamacchia Realty Team in MLS Property Information Network for 2013, that puts us in the #1 slot once again.

Along with the 350 sales in Massachusetts, our real estate team had an additional 57 sales in New Hampshire for a total of 407 listing sales overall.  This doesn’t include our great agents in the field who help buyers find homes even if the homes aren’t listed under Lamacchia Realty . These agents helped 145 buyers get into their dream homes. As a company we sold well over 500 homes once again in 2013.

And we sell homes across the entire state, not just one area.

We have proven year after year that there are no geographic restrictions to where we sell homes effectively. We sell homes all across Eastern and Central Massachusetts, the Cape, and Southern New Hampshire. Our company sold homes in 140 cities and towns across Massachusetts in 2013.

Once again Lamacchia Realty  made the 2013 Inc. 500|5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. Our company ranks 64 in the list of Top Real Estate Companies in the U.S.; ranks 86 in Top 100 Massachusetts Companies; and achieved rank 80 for the Top Companies in the Boston Metro Area. Our company earned the position of 2285 on the 2013 Inc. 5000 list. This is the second consecutive year Lamacchia Realty appears on the list.

We were also named one of the Boston Business Journal’s 2013 Pacesetters, a list of the fastest growing private companies in the state. We ranked #23 out of 70 Massachusetts companies that recorded the highest three-year growth rate in revenue as of Dec. 31, 2012, with a starting baseline of $1 million.

In 2013 we added more Buyers’ Agents to help even more home buyers in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.  We also launched a comprehensive training program called REAL Training, which stands for Real Estate Education Advancement for Life. The program addresses real world situations and prepares them to better service home buyers and sellers. The program includes innovative strategies to help our Agents compete in today’s real estate market. By providing training that answers real world situations, we empower our agents to take their business to the next level.
